Connect, inspire and develop talented women in aviation in Singapore who are the future of the global aerospace industry. The program is professionally administered by HR consultants. The near-term milestone is to positively impact 100 mentees and 50 mentors.

For mentors, we welcome all interested male and female aviation executives. For mentees, we welcome all female mid- to senior aviation professionals.
